FactoryDirectCigars.com has the right to limit the number of items purchased through our website. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, FactoryDirectCigars.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. FactoryDirectCigars.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, FactoryDirectCigars.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Tobacco Returns
Tobacco products are perishable and can only be accepted for refund or exchange within 14 days of your receiving the items if there is a problem with the quality or construction of the product. Our Returns and Exchanges policy has been developed to protect both the consumer and ourselves. In order to keep the cigars in perfect condition, they are stored in our humidors at a perfect 70º F and 80% humidity. This ensures that by the time that you receive them, the humidity will be between 65% and 70%. Additionally, most cigars are wrapped in cellophane for the trip to you. This helps them retain their freshness. Our guarantee includes that all the cigars will arrive to you in optimal condition. However, in the unlikely event that cigars arrive dry, you can place them in a humidor and they will regain their required moisture within several days. When you receive the cigars, you have 14 check your product. If you are not satisfied with them for any reason contact us at customerservice@factorydirectcigars.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Simply place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, will be issued upon us receiving the cigars.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs.

FactoryDirectCigars.com does not market to or solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and are prohibited from submitting any information or orders to us. Purchasing tobacco with the intent to distribute to a minor is illegal and prohibited.
